Excel Truck Group is seeking a Truck Driver Dispatch Supervisor to join the team in Roanoke, VA.

Essential duties/responsibilities:
Knowledgeable and able to lead our Driver team in managing all aspects of the transportation of new trucks and our customers units.
- Able to lead our Driver team in all their daily functions.
- Scheduling employees and maximizing the efficiency of the transportation process.
- Insuring that our driver team is complying with all DOT standards and completing the necessary administrative documents included in the transportation process.
- Supervises the Driver teams daily performance including managing the time of this department.
- Updating inventory records and on-site units.
- Works closely with other Excel dealerships to support their transportation needs.
- Working with the General Service Manager to ensure our workflow objectives, all policies and regulatory requirements are being met.
- Class A or B CDL is ideal but not required.
- Able to embrace our Safety Culture and Policies. Leads by example by supporting our Elite Support principles.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
