Essential duties/responsibilities:
- Supports our Body & Trailer shops as an estimator and administratively in every step, maximizing the repair process for our customers.
- Ideally, has a general knowledge of the body & trailer shop repair process and able to support the customer experience and satisfaction.
- Will work closely with our Insurance Claims partners to secure business and communicate any modifications or supplements as necessary.
- Thorough understanding of production and cycle time.
- Develop new and strengthen our existing customer relationships. As a primary point of contact for our dealership’s key Fleet customers.
- Supports the flow of repair orders within the Body and Trailer Shops department and effectively working closely with our Parts department to ensure timely and efficient results.
- As our customers’ needs evolve and opportunities develop, this role will coordinate communications with our customers and management team.
